Ayush is a Data Science enthusiast and Open Source Contributor with extensive experience in developing advanced machine learning models for healthcare and pharmaceutical research. He is contributing to Google Summer of Code by innovating custom embeddings for medicines using Polyglot and Polyphy, visualizing relationships in 3D to enhance pharmaceutical research, and developing clustering algorithms for drug discovery and personalized treatment. As a Data Science Intern at CIS IT Solutions, he led a project on climate and vector-borne disease correlation, scraping climate data and analyzing real-time disease insights from social media. At the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, he led a project on Parkinsonโs disease detection, analyzing Gait analysis using advanced deep learning models.
During his time at Medlr, he developed a RapidFuzz algorithm to cluster around 600,000 medicines, reducing medication errors and scraping data from top pharmaceutical websites. As an LFX Mentee with The Linux Foundation, Ayush contributed to the Cloudforet project, authoring a blog guide and participating in documentation. At BT Hustlers, he developed a Handwritten Text Recognition program and created a secure medical blockchain ecosystem. His technical skills span Python, C/C++, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Solidity, along with frameworks and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, React, Node.js, and more.In his free time he often likes
